HEA: TBD, a little questionable but there is another book to follow!

I picked this book up because I NEEDED an MMC who was truly obsessed with the FMC and boy did Sebastian deliver just that. Revenge killing rich stalker and a hyper independent, traumatized girly pop who just needs someone to tell her to chill the fuck out.

This story follows Bash, who is terrorizing the city attempting to avenge his sister's murder, which is going very well … that is until our FMC Jovie decides his murder house is the best place to start her new life after fleeing her insufferable, manipulative, miserable ex. Who actually made me want to commit heinous acts anytime he was mentioned.

Jovie is running herself into the ground trying to be independent as Bash lurks in the shadows watching Jovie’s every move, inside his house and out, warring with two sides of himself trying to decide how to *handle* this new variable he didn’t account for. He tries so hard to not like her and of course fails miserably, which was DELICIOUS to read about.

Bash comes from money so of course he uses that, and all his wonderful connections in the city, to try and solve all of Jovie’s problems. Now remember when I said she was hyper independent? Yeah that comes up a lot as he is trying to help her, but my boy Bash is PERSISTENT, so of course he gets his way.

As they are getting more comfortable and dare I say, falling into their own little routine, strange things start happening resulting in a fight no one was prepared for.

NOW THAT ENDING?!?!

Jen, I have a bone to pick with you girl! It was so amazingly unexpected and I could barely pick my jaw up off the ground. I am so excited to pick up book two and I may even listen to the audiobook at the same time to spice things up a bit! I have no clue how this is all going to get tied together but I am so excited to find out!
