If your work is for lovers of all things dark romance, forbidden, or taboo then this is your invitation to step into the light of our limited edition print and digital issues!

There is no fee to apply for a feature, nor any cost if you are selected. While applying does not guarantee a place in the upcoming edition, it ensures you remain on our radar!

We’re putting together the first issue of the Library of Angels Magazine, a moody and dark romance-forward magazine that highlights the darker side of storytelling and the people who make it happen. Think authors, narrators, artists, editors, designers, and all the behind-the-scenes folks that bring dark romance to life like assistants and service providers.

This first issue is all about devotion…the kind that consumes you, breaks you open, or keeps you crawling back. Whether it’s romantic, obsessive, twisted, or beautifully self-destructive, we’re leaning into the ache. So, if you’ve got a new release, a service, a dark aesthetic, or a bookish business you think belongs in this space then we want to hear from you.

This form helps us get to know you, what you do, and how you might want to be featured. Whether it’s an interview, an excerpt, a visual spotlight, or a promo slot, we’ll be curating a wide range of voices and vibes each issue.

Filling this out doesn’t guarantee a spot, but it does put you on our radar. If we think it’s a fit, we’ll be in touch with next steps and a submission deadline!

Word Count

    • Short-form: 500–700 words

    • Medium-form: 800–1,000 words

    • Long-form editorial or analysis: 1,200–1,400 words max

    • Mini Interview (3–5 Qs): 300–500 words

    • Feature Interview (5–7 Qs): 600–900 words

    • Flash fiction: 300–600 words

    • Short story: 800–1,200 words
